2. What is MINERVA CONTROLS’ role in processing personal data entered into the platform?

We act as data processors, meaning we provide the technology so the contracting company can make informed decisions. This includes data from the contracting company and its related third parties, such as employees and service providers.


3. Does MINERVA CONTROLS store or monitor the data entered into the system?

In addition to organizing and delivering the information in a structured manner to the client, MINERVA CONTROLS also builds a secure, encrypted database to ensure data safety, restricting access exclusively to the contracting company. Moreover, MINERVA CONTROLS is responsible for securely storing these data, ensuring continuous protection and control over the processed information.


4. How do we secure this information?

MINERVA CONTROLS prioritizes system security. We maintain a secure environment tailored to the scope of the data processing by employing technical measures aligned with international standards and encouraging best practices. This includes implementing effective and well-communicated Information Security Policies.


5.  Do we share data?

MINERVA CONTROLS does not share, transfer, or commercialize the data entered into its API. These data remain fully controlled by the contracting company. We merely provide a technological solution to simplify our users’ operations.


6. Who is responsible for addressing data subjects’ requests?

The data controller, which is our client—the contracting company. MINERVA CONTROLS processes information solely as necessary to provide the service, following the controller’s guidance.

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), our clients, as controllers, are obligated to address data subjects’ requests.
